The price is a fixed package (unit × included obras). Pausing a job site inside the cap does not raise or lower it.
The cap is hard. There is no per-extra-obra charge. Job site 6 on Starter requires Pro. Job site 11 on Pro is Enterprise (contact).
An obra slot is a briefing, a design-stage project, an active job site, or a job site in progress. Starting the job site from the same design project does not take a second slot.
Annual is 15% off and billed once for the year. The card shows the monthly equivalent and the yearly total.

Insights assistant answers use only data already recorded in Obraguru (daily work reports, incidents, schedules). They support management decisions, not financial, legal, or engineering advice.
